Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 7gam ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 7gam platform at 7gam.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7gam and any individual who accesses or uses the 7gam platform, including its website at 7gam.net, its mobile-optimised interface, its Progressive Web App (PWA), and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, sabong, bingo, and esports wagering (collectively, the "Platform").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 7gam Platform. Creating multiple accounts โ whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods โ is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7gam employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 7gam will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7gam's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 7gam will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
Know Your Customer (KYC): 7gam is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7gam may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Deposits: 7gam accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is โฑ100. Deposits are generally credited to your 7gam account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 7gam does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited into your 7gam account are held in segregated accounts separate from 7gam's operating capital. This means your deposited funds are protected and available for withdrawal subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is โฑ500. 7gam aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being processed at the time.
7gam reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Currency : All transactions on the 7gam Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your payment provider will apply and 7gam accepts no responsibility for any exchange rate differences.
Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 7gam reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of โฑ100 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.
7gam offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by 7gam are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal can be requested.
Note: 7gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
All games available on the 7gam Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
Random Number Generators: All RNG-based games on the 7gam Platform โ including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win games โ use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including 7gam.
Live Casino Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 7gam will use its best efforts to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 7gam reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes to the players involved. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. 7gam's decision in such matters is final.
Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. 7gam reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including incorrect odds, and to settle bets in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7gam Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:
All content on the 7gam Platform, including but not limited to the 7gam brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 7gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
7gam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 7gam.
Any unauthorised use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties. 7gam actively monitors for and will take action against any unauthorised use of its intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7gam, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
7gam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7gam account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7gam does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7gam makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7gam's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Suspension by 7gam: 7gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7gam will endeavour to complete its investigation within thirty (30) days and will communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
Closure by the Player: You may close your 7gam account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and 7gam, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 7gam's support team. 7gam will use its best efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7gam from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 7gam may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
7gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7gam will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a dispute arose shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the amendment was required by law or regulatory directive, in which case the amended Terms shall apply.
