In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notice provided to you.
Identity Verification: To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorised access to your data, 7gam may require you to verify your identity before processing a data rights request. This is to ensure that personal data is only disclosed to the individual to whom it belongs.
11. Children's Privacy & Age Restriction
The 7gam Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. 7gam does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement of 21 years is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
